Ashes: How Englands bowling plan leaked at MCG

The MCC has denied a security breach was to blame for England's bowling tactics finding their way into the hands of the media.
According to a statement released by the Melbourne Cricket Club (MCC) today, there was "no evidence of any breach of security in the player dressing room area in the Ponsford Stand".

The statement follows an investigation conducted by the Melbourne Cricket Club, Cricket Australia, the International Cricket Council and the England and Wales Cricket Board.

A single A4 page outlining the team's bowling tactics was apparently discovered in the MCC Pavilion by a member of the public yesterday and handed to ABC Radio, which broadcast the contents.

There has been speculation the document was taken from the England dressing room, or that a copy left behind in the MCC administration office, which was used by England's analyst Mark Garaway to made printouts, found its way to the media.
